ART CITY provides trackable shipping with a wide range of shipping services from Malaysia. Please drop us an email at info@artcity.my to get shipment cost information for your country. Shipping cost may vary on the size & weight of the parcel and also the distance it has to travel.

Things to Take Note

Estimated delivery time is the approximate time you should expect to receive the parcel by the courier company. A delay could happen due to many reasons during the delivery.

We will update the tracking number through emailing to you once your parcel has been dispatched to the courier company. It’s your responsibility to track and manage your delivery once the parcel arrives within your country.

It’s buyer responsibility on the import taxes and duties fee. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them, please contact your local Customs office for more information.

Please note that shipping times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or delays in delivery by the courier service. Delivery to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2 – 3 working days.

Shipping Fees

  1. Shipping rates are calculated based on the volumetric weight of your order, so we will need to manually pack the order to calculate the necessary shipping fee. You may email or WhatsApp us the item you’re interested in, and we’ll quote the necessary shipping fee within 1-2 working days.
  2. For international orders, shipping fees will vary based on the destination country and the weight of the package. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may be incurred upon delivery. We are not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your local customs or any other parties.
  3. Please be aware that for large parcels, the cost of overseas shipping may exceed the price of the ordered items themselves. In our experience, the shipping cost can be double or even up to four times the price of the item.
  4. Please note that cancellation and refunds are strictly not allowed, even if you are unsatisfied with the shipping cost. Cancellation of the order will result in forfeiture of your deposit payment, as per our terms and conditions.

Ready Stock/Backorder Item

Buyers are unable to make payment for ready stock/backorder items until our customer service confirms stock availability and latest price.

  1. Email or WhatsApp our customer support for stock availability.
  2. We will send you a shipping quote if stock is available. 
  3. Payment link will be provided once you confirm the order. 
  4. Tracking number will be issued by email.
