Shipping rates are calculated based on the volumetric weight of your order. You can view the shipping costs for your order during the checkout process.
For international orders, shipping fees will vary depending on the destination country and the weight of the package. Customers are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may be incurred upon delivery.
THERE IS STRICTLY NO REFUNDS for any shipping & handling charges.
We process orders within 1-3 business days if they are placed before 12 noon, Monday – Friday, excluding public holidays, and our standard shipping times are as follows:
• Peninsula Malaysia: 2 – 7 working days for your order to arrive.
• Sabah / Sarawak: 5 – 12 working days for your order to arrive.
• International: 7 – 30 working days for your order to arrive.
Please note that shipping times may be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as customs inspections, weather conditions, or delays in delivery by the courier service.
Deliveries to rural or remote areas may take an additional 2-3 working days.
We offer two delivery options for local deliveries within Malaysia
• Standard Delivery: Packages will be delivered to your doorstep by our preferred courier service. If you are not available to receive the package, the courier will leave a note with instructions on how to reschedule delivery or pick up the package from the nearest courier office.
• Self-Collection: You can also choose to pick up your order from our store location. We will notify you via email or phone once your order is ready for collection.
Delivery will be made to the shipping address provided during the checkout process. It is your responsibility to ensure that the address provided is correct and complete.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your delivery on the courier’s website.
If there’s a delay, it will be indicated on the courier’s website. In the circumstances that you have not seen a status update of your delivery after a week since receiving confirmation email, please contact our customer service for further assistance.
The estimated delivery time (EDT) is for a reference only. It cannot be treated as an exact timeline of delivery since delay could happen at any given time. So, there’s no compensation provided for the delayed shipment or failure to deliver in the estimated delivery time (EDT).
We do not provide Cash On Delivery (COD) service, and all the necessary fees must be paid before we ship your order. If you reside nearby (Melaka, Malaysia), you may choose self-pickup at our store instead. Please inform us beforehand, and we will arrange the meeting accordingly.
The total cost you pay, which includes shipping and product fees, is the final amount. We do not have any undisclosed fees or taxes, and you only need to pay for the product and shipping fees to have your order delivered.
Please be aware that the buyer is responsible for any import taxes and duties fees. Before making any online purchase, it is advisable to check with your local customs office regarding any additional costs or amount limits, particularly for customers from the EU.
