Pre-Order

A pre-order is available for products that are not yet in stock and are still in production. By reserving a pre-order, you can guarantee that you won’t miss out on popular items that may sell out quickly once they are released in batches by the manufacturer

Pre-Order Procedure

STEP 1

Select your favorite Pre-order item and pay the stated deposit amount or total full price to reserve your item.

STEP 2

Once the Pre-order item arrived at our store, we’ll send you an email notification of its arrival.

STEP 3

Click your preorder history inside your “My Account” to complete the remaining balance and shipping fees.

STEP 4

After received balance payment and shipping fees, we’ll fulfill your order and provide a tracking number.

Why should I Pre-Order?

Manufacturers take worldwide orders for a limited quantity of products based on the number of orders they receive. Pre-ordering ensures that you can secure your product before it sells out. If the item is no longer available in any market, buyers will have to purchase from resellers at an unreasonable scalper price.

Pre-ordering also usually allows you to enjoy a cheaper price before the retail price or any increase in price when the item is released to the market. Once you place your order, you will immediately "Lock" the current price and will not be affected by any future price fluctuations."

Can I cancel Pre-Order?

Please note that cancellation is not allowed when delays are caused by the manufacturer, supplier, or international shipment, as these are not valid reasons to cancel. If you cannot pay the remaining pre-order balance payment within 4 days of receiving the pre-order balance payment notification from us, your deposit paid is non-refundable. In certain circumstances, interest charges may apply, subject to our terms.

We advise you to allocate your budget wisely before placing an order. Art City Collectibles reserves the right to terminate your order and forfeit your deposit without any prior notice.

Pre-Order Policy

Deposit is Non-Refundable

The purpose of a pre-order is to reserve an item that may sell out quickly once it is released to the public.

A deposit is required to secure your spot at the pre-order price, as the stock is limited. Once your pre-order is placed, the deposit is non-refundable and will be automatically transferred as a cancellation fee if you decide to cancel.

Please keep in mind that changing your mind at a later time will not make the deposit refundable, so it’s important to think carefully before placing your order

Pre-Order Balance Deadline

When your pre-ordered item arrives, you will receive an email notification of its arrival and will be required to complete the remaining balance and shipping fees from your preorder backlog.

If we do not receive your payment within 3 days after notifying you of the item’s arrival, we will assume that you have intentionally dropped the order, and your order will be cancelled without a refund.

Therefore, we advise you to allocate your budget wisely to avoid this situation

Product Released Date

Please note that the release date and arrival date are two different things.

The manufacturer officially releases a certain amount of items and announces it to the public and market. Production may still be ongoing to fulfill enough quantity for worldwide retailers.

Production delays frequently occur due to providing a better quality control and also during the Covid pandemic there might be closures, lockdowns, and quarantine when staff are suspected or affected by Covid-19.

ETA is Not Guaranteed

The Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) usually it takes around 1 – 3 months from the Official Released Date to arrive at Malaysia.

Please note that the ETA is just an estimate and cannot be treated as an exact timeline of arrival since delays can happen at any time due to manufacturing or shipment issues.

We do not recommend pre-ordering for any special occasions or as a gift that requires a timely arrival, as no compensation is given for any delays
