You are bound by these terms and conditions as long as you’re on ARTCITY.MY and placed order with Art City Collectibles.
General
The content of terms and conditions may be change, move or delete at any time without prior notice. Please note that Art City Collectibles have the rights to change the contents of the terms and conditions without any notice. Any violation of rules and regulations of these terms and conditions, Art City Collectibles will take immediate actions against the offender(s).
Product Package Box
Please do take note that product package box is only for protection of figures. Product package box might receive dented/damaged during the transportation around worldwide due to mishandling of logistics employees.
Art City Collectibles is not responsible or refund for any manufacturer defect or box damaged/dented/defective.
Hence if there’s any box perfectionism, please do take note on this matter. No refund or exchange will be entertained thereafter, only proceed order at your own discretion or risk.
Pre-Order Cancellation
Cancellation is not allowed when delays are caused by manufacturer, supplier and international shipment which is not a valid reason to accept. Deposit paid is NOT Refundable if you can’t pay the pre-order remaining balance payment and shipping fees within 4 Days from the day you received pre-order balance payment notification from us. And if, in certain circumstances, there will be interest charges, subject to our terms.
You are advice to allocate your budget wisely before placed order. Art City Collectibles do reserved the rights to terminate your order and forfeit your deposit without any prior notice.
Manufacturer Defect
Due to the high volume of production that are mainly assembled, painted and sculpted by manufacturer’s worker instead of machine, this is a fairly typical issue that occurs regularly in the toy industry.
E.g. paint tear/faded/missing, broken, flake, missing parts, parts attached incorrectly, tight joints/parts, loose joints/parts ,defective design and etc.
Product Refund/Exchange
Product is non-returnable/ exchangeable / refundable once you have placed order with Art City Collectibles.
Due to lack of after-sales service from some manufacturers within Malaysia, Art City Collectibles is not responsible for any manufacturer defects.
Art City Collectibles will only assure consumer received brand new Mint in Sealed Box Condition which is unopened condition from manufacturer. Hence, product is non-returnable/ exchangeable / refundable will be entertained thereafter, only proceed order at your own discretion/risk.
Product Availability and Pricing
Due to Art City Collectibles selling products on many platform, the availability and price is not sync or link to the latest status. Hence, availability and price subject to change in any time by suppliers/vendors and currency of Malaysia without any prior notice. User shall check with Art City Collectibles by WhatsApp on latest status, else order will be cancelled automatically.
Site Contents & Copyrights
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including writings, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this Site, in other words “Contents of the Site” are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by Art City Collectibles.
Comments and Feedbacks
All comments and feedbacks to ARTCITY.MY will be remain as Art City Collectible’s property.
User shall agree that there will be no comment(s) submitted to the ARTCITY.MY will violate any rights of any third party, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy of other personal or proprietary right(s). Furthermore, the user shall agree there will not be content of unlawful, abusive, or obscene material(s) submitted to the site. User will be the only one responsible for any comment’s content made.
Product Information
We cannot guarantee all actual products will be exactly the same shown on the pictures as that is depending on the manufacturer production.
Newsletter
User shall agree that ARTCITY.MY may send newsletter regarding the latest news/products/promotions etc through email to the user.
Indemnification
The user shall agree to defend, indemnify and hold Art City Collectibles harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.
Link to other sites
Any access link to third party sites is at your own risk. Art City Collectibles will not be related or involve to any such website if the user’s content/product(s) got damaged or loss have any connection with third party site.
Inaccuracy Information
From time to time, there may be information on ARTCITY.MY that contains typographical error, inaccuracies, omissions, that may relate to product description, pricing, availability and article contents. We reserve the rights to correct any errors, inaccuracies, change or edit information without prior notice to the customers. If you are not satisfy with your purchased product(s), please return it back to us with the invoice. Please check out “Return and Refund Policy”.
Termination
This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or Art City Collectibles. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, Art City Collectibles may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.
