How can I pay through your website?
ART City offers several payment methods that are convenient for our customers.
Only Payex and PayPal are accepted for international order.
Atome
Atome automatically splits your bill into 3 equal payments. You’ll pay the first payment one month after your transaction date. The next two payments will also be spread 30 days apart.
(Ps: Please note that we’ll charge 6% for using Atome payment method.
Make sure you’ve completed the Atome app registration process.)
Billplz
There are various types of local online banking that you can use.
● At the checkout page select “Billplz” and it will direct you to the page below.
● Choose your bank and click on the “I understand and accept the terms and conditions” and click “PAY”.
Payex
We accept Credit/Debit cards (Visa & Mastercard) and support Internationally.
Fill in your card details as per required on image below.
PayPal
When you place an order with Paypal, you will be redirected to the PayPal payment page where you can confirm your payment by logging in with your PayPal username and password.
Bank Payment (Online Transfer/ATM Transfer)
You can now pay using an online transfer or an ATM deposit. Before making a payment, please contact our customer service to ensure that the stock is still available.
Once payment has been made, please take a photo of the payment proof and upload it to our website.
These steps are important, otherwise, we will be unable to process your order.
You will be directed to the page below after placing an order. Click the “Choose File” button and upload the payment proof receipt or screenshot.
Touch’n Go
Touch’n Go is a digital wallet payment option available for Malaysian customers. To complete your order, simply scan the QR code provided and make the payment.
After making the payment, please screenshot it as payment proof and upload it to our website.
These steps are important, as we will be unable to process your order without them.
